一、產品特點與用途
XY-SS系列三足式離心機為人工上部卸料、間歇操作的過濾式離心機。適合分離含固相顆粒≥0.01毫米的懸浮液，固相顆�？蔀榱�、結晶狀或纖維狀等形態，也可供物品（如紗束、紡織品等）的脫水。該系列離心機具有結構簡單，操作方便，各操作工序可按要求任意調整，濾渣能得到充分洗滌，固相顆粒不易破損，適應性強等特點。廣泛應用與化工、輕工、食品、制藥、紡織、冶金等行業。
XY-SSModel Tripod Centrifugal Machine is top unloading,intermittent operation filtering type one.It is suitable for soparating the milk liquid which contains0.01mmsolid grains.The solid grains can be grain,crystal or fiber stat.The machine is also used in dehydrating of materials such as yarn,textile and others.The series centrifugal machines have characteristics,such as it has simple structure,and convenient operation,each operation program can be adjusted at will,the filtered slag can be washed completely,the solid grain can not be broken easily,it has strong application and etc.It is widely used in chemical,light-ind-ustry,food,pharmacy,textile,metallurgy and other trades.
二、結構與原理
電動機通過離合器帶動轉鼓高速旋轉，物料由上部加入轉鼓，在離心力作用下趨向鼓壁，其中液相穿過濾布和鼓壁濾孔排出，固相截留在轉鼓內，停機后人工卸除。
The motor drives the tumbler to rotable at high speed through clutch.The materials are fed into the tumbler through the top port.They are throw to the wall under the function of centrifugal force.The liquid is discharged from the filtering holes through the filtering cloth.The solid materials are remained into the tumbler.After the machine is stopped stopped,the solid materials are unloaded by man.

三、訂貨須知
針對不同的分離要求，我們設計了相應型式供客戶選擇，因此客戶在訂貨時，可對以下情況作出確認：
材質：與物料接觸部位的材料可分為不銹鋼、鈦材、碳鋼、襯橡膠、襯塑料、襯四氟等。
驅動方式：普通異步電動機、隔爆型異步電動機或變頻防爆。電機安裝分B3、B5二種。
機座型式：普通機座、無基礎。
制動：抱剎或脹剎。
We have designed various models for consumers'different separating demands.When our consumer consumer places an order for goods,he can decide the order as follow conditions:
Material:the material of the section touching the separated materials can have kinds of stainless steel,titanium steel,carbon steel,line with rubber,line with plastic and others.
Driving Method:commom induction motor,flame proof induction or frequency flame proof motor.The installation of motor has B3,B5 two kinds.
Frame Type:commom frame,no base.
Braking:band brake or expanding brake.
